Covid latest information

Vaccine Update:
The vaccination centre at Stoke Mandeville Stadium has now finished it's first week and it has been very successful. For anyone who is worried about going there, we thought we would share an email we received from a patient
'My wife and I have just had our jab at the Stoke Mandeville Stadium and we were absolutely gobsmacked by the sheer efficiency we experienced. The whole thing so well organised and despite a dark wet night everyone we met was so friendly and efficient. A big thank you to all those volunteers who did a superb job.'
We now know that our patients will have access to a hub in Stoke Mandeville Stadium in Aylesbury. You will be contacted when an appropriate appointment is available for you at the hub. You will have sufficient notice to arrange your own transport to get there.
Currently these are not possible to be delivered on home visits so all efforts will need to be made to mobilise to the centres, due to the unstable nature and storage requirements of the vaccine. These will be in order of priority groups. Please do not contact the surgery about vaccinations as this delays our ability to keep up with providing your excellent routine care.
This is fantastic news for you all, and we are really excited to see that you all are vaccinated as soon as you can be.

Volunteer groups are able to offer transport from some areas to the stadium if you are unable to make other arrangements

Presently, due to the increased spread of coronavirus and to ensure the safety of our patients and staff, most of our appointments are telephone appointments. If your GP needs to see you they will arrange this with you over the phone. We have the system to allow patients to send photos and have video consultations if required.

Please bear with us whilst we are trying to serve our patients during these difficult times and be assured we are doing our upmost to keep all our information up to date
